Four-Faith Industrial Robot Remote Monitoring System Solution
With the rapid development of the economy and industrial upgrading, modern industrial robots are widely used in flexible machining. The stability & reliability of industrial robots and mechanical arms on the production line are the great significance to the stability and economic benefit of enterprises. Industrial robot remote monitoring system consists of four parts: remote monitoring center, industrial wireless router, control terminal, network VPN gateway router.
The monitoring center consists of a WEB server, data service, and application server. The monitoring platform can collect on-site real-time data 24 hours a day without interruption, dynamically displays the changing data of each monitoring site. When the robot is abnormal, the application server can directly access the robot control terminal to modify the running trajectory of the robot.
The control terminal includes a robot controller, Ethernet PLC, and sensor. Through the application server can always collect on-site PLC data, remote control and update the PLC and other equipment.
Because of the requirements of the interface of the collector and the working environment of the equipment, using the Four-Faith F-R100 router as the transmission equipment. F-R100 is an Internet of Things wireless communication router that provides users with wireless long-distance data transmission functions using public 3G/4G LTE networks. The product uses a high-performance industrial-grade 32-bit communication processor and industrial-grade wireless module, with the embedded real-time operating system as the software support platform and provides one RS232 or RS485/RS422 port, four Ethernet LAN, one Ethernet WAN, and one WIFI interface. F-R100 can connect with serial port devices, Ethernet devices, and WIFI devices at the same time to achieve transparent data transmission and routing.
The monitoring center uses ADSL or optical fiber to access the Internet and obtain a fixed public IP address. Set up a VPN server, F-R100 router functions as a VPN client to establish a VPN tunnel with the server to communicate with the Intranet at both ends. The data acquisition system runs on the database server which can collect Ethernet PLC data and control industrial robots so that to achieve the goal of collect and monitor the running state of industrial robots.
